Kiwi Ginger Whiskey Sour


The most essential elements for a proper St. Patrick’s Day celebration is the color green and some good old fashioned Irish whiskey. Whatever you decide to pour up doesn’t have to be terrible for you though. We always go all out for holidays, and St. Paddy’s Day is no different. Today, we’re mixing up a naturally green, Jameson filled cocktail to get the party started.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Muddle 1 tsp grated ginger, a handful of mint leaves, and 1 chopped kiwi in a tumbler
  2. Add 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey, juice from 1 lime wedge, and 3 drops of stevia and shake to combine
  3. Rim a glass with granulated stevia
  4. Add 2 ice cubes to the glass and strain kiwi mixture over ice until glass is half full
  5. Top the second half of glass off with Zevia Ginger Ale
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and kiwi slices
