Optimal Post Workout Smoothie
Fill your body with everything it needs to recover from a workout!
- 1 can Strawberry Zevia
- 2 oz Cooked Beets (you can make your own or buy the kind by the brands Love Beets or Trader Joes)
- 1 scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein powder or any protein powder of choice
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup tart cherries (frozen, unsweetened)
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Blend together and enjoy!
