2 oz Cooked Beets (you can make your own or buy the kind by the brands Love Beets or Trader Joes)
1 scoop Warrior Blend vanilla protein powder or any protein powder of choice
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup tart cherries (frozen, unsweetened)
3-4 ice cubes
