Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint
  • 4 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 1 large handful ice cubes
  • 3/4 can Zevia Ginger Ale
  • 1/2 can Zevia Tonic Water
  • Fresh limes, kale, and mint (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In 2 glasses, muddle the kale, mint, and lime juice
  2. Add 1 1/2 oz white rum and ice to each glass
  3. Fill the rest of the glasses with Zevia Ginger Ale and Tonic Water
  4. Garnish with fresh lime slices, kale, and mint
