Zevia Fizzy Mango Ginger Energy Lassi

Smoothies are a warm weather favorite. But who says we can’t have one now? While it might not be warm out, there are plenty of other reasons to whip up a crisp, refreshing drink. Our version provides a nice kick of energy to get you going. So next time you’re craving something sweet and icy, skip the sugar filled, store bought smoothies and whip up your own. It’s better, we promise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Zevia Mango Ginger Energy
  • 2 ripe sweet mangoes
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions:

  1. Chop mangoes into cubes and scoop out the flesh into the blender
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender
  3. Blend for about a minute or until smooth
  4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint
  5. Enjoy!
