Botanical Gin & Tonic

  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 sprig sage
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 oz Zevia Tonic Water


  1. Muddle pear, sage, and thyme in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add in ice and gin. Shake to combine.
  3. Strain mixture over ice and top off with Zevia Tonic Water.
  4. Garnish with additional pear slice, sage, and thyme. Enjoy.
