Chocolate Root Beer Popsicles

Take the smarter route and whip up these chocolate root beer popsicles at only 110 calories per popsicle!


  • 1 1/2 can Zevia Ginger Root Beer
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • liquid stevia equivalent to 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup Lily's stevia sweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chocolate extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • coconut flakes


  1. Combine Ginger Root Beer, almond milk, liquid stevia, 1/4 cup Lily's chocolate, Greek yogurt, and chocolate extract in a blender and blend
  2. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze 4-5 hours until firm|In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup Lily's chocolate and coconut oil and heat until melted
  3. Dip popsicles in the melted chocolate and sprinkle coconut flakes onto popsicles
