Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
  • 1 1/2 oz rum
  • handful fresh mint
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 can Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water

Directions

  1. Blend melon with 4 oz of Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water
  2. Add rum, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup of honeydew puree in a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake the mixture and pour into a glass over ice
  4. Top off with some more Zevia Sparkling Water and stir to combine
