Ginger Ale Soda Bread

Add some Zevia Ginger Ale to that bread for a fluffier results!


  • 3 cups sprouted spelt flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • stevia equivalent to 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp minced crystallized ginger
  • 1 can Zevia Ginger Ale


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  3. Pour mixture in a loaf tin
  4. Top with slices almonds and coconut sugar (optional)
  5. Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes, until toothpick test comes out clean
