Grain-Free Dark Chocolate Black Cherry Zevia Donuts

Enjoy a dark chocolate donut made with Black Cherry Zevia completely guilt-free, made possible by Rachl Mansfield!


  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped black cherries
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup or agave)
  • 2 room temperature eggs
  • 1/3 cup creamy nut butter
  • 1/4 cup Black Cherry Zevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped cherries (optional mix-in)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional mix-in)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (for frosting)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frosting)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease donut pan
  2. Combine and mix almond flour, baking powder, and cacao powder in a bowl and set aside|honey, eggs, nut butter, Black Cherry Zevia, and vanilla extract
  3. Combine the two bowls and mix well
  4. Optional: Add mix-ins
  5. Fill each donut pan completely and bake for 10-15 minutes (until tooth pick test comes out clean)
  6. Turn upside down to remove donuts. Let cool for about 10 minutes before adding chocolate frosting
  7. Microwave the dark chocolate and coconut oil until completely melted, using a knife ice each donut
  8. These will keep in fridge for 5-7 days (if you can go that long without eating them… good luck!)
