Irish Cream Mint Cocktail

A creamy stout topped with a Zevia Cream Soda makes for a mighty fine minty treat if you ask us. This dessert-cocktail from My Diary of Us is our new way to satisfy our sweet tooth at happy hour.


  • 2 cans Zevia Cream Soda 
  • 1 cup stout beer 
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint 
  • 2 tbsp non-flavored dairy-free creamer


  1. Bring 1/2 cup Zevia Cream Soda with mint leaves to a simmer in a saucepan.
  2. Turn off heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove mint leaves and chill completely.
  3. In two tall glasses, add 1/4 cup of the mint-infused Cream Soda to each glass.
  4. Fill halfway with fresh Zevia Cream Soda and fill the rest of the way with your stout of choice.
  5. Stir in 1 tbsp of cream into each glass.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and enjoy.
