Keto Cola Chocolate Skillet Cake

Eating clean doesn't mean you have to entirely cut out dessert. This low-carb chocolate cake from Cast Iron Keto contains no added sugar and will definitely curb your cravings. Bonus points: each serving clocks in at 374 calories with a mere 5.1g of net carbs!


  • 2 3/4 cup almond flour
  • granulated stevia equivalent to 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 avocado (pureed)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz 100% dark chocolate or stevia-sweetened dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Zevia Cola


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine and mix eggs, butter, avocado, vanilla, and Zevia Cola.
  • Mix in almond flour, granulated stevia, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and dark chocolate until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a 10-12 inch skillet (or 8 inch cake pan) and bake for 40-55 mins, until toothpick test comes out clean.
