Passionfruit Mulled Wine

For colder evenings, warmer cocktails are our go-to. With no sugar added, this wine cocktail made with Zevia Caffeine Free Organic Hibiscus Tea Passionfruit is the perfect solution featuring a perfect balance of fruit with a hint of citrus and spice.


  • 1 bottle merlot
  • 4 pods star anise
  • handful cardamom seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cans Zevia Caffeine Free Organic Hibiscus Tea Passionfruit
  • orange slices (optional for garnish)
  • cinnamon sticks (optional, for garnish)


  1. In a large pan over moderate heat, combine merlot, star anise, cardamom, and the cinnamon stick. Simmer 3 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and stir in Zevia Hibiscus Tea Passionfruit.
  3. Ladle cocktail into glasses and garnish with an orange and cinnamon stick if desired. Enjoy!
