Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

Swap out that sugar filled cheesecake for a naturally sweetened upgrade!


Crust Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup dates

Cheesecake Ingredients:


  1. For the crust, add the cashews and dates to a food processor.
  2. Puree and press mixture into a lined loaf pan. 
  3. For the cheesecake, add the cashews, coconut cream, and Zevia Cream Soda to a blender. 
  4. Blend until mixture is smooth, then pour over the pressed crust mixture in the loaf pan. 
  5. Press down the strawberries over the cheesecake filling. Freeze the cheesecake until hardened. 
  6. Serve before slicing and enjoy!
