Zevia Chocolate Cola Bundt Cake with Raspberries

What's better than a decadently sweet - no sugar added - chocolate dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth?!


  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup Zevia Cola
  • stevia equivalent to 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 bar Lily’s Sweets stevia sweetened chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 16 raspberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray oil lining a bundt pan
  2. In a large bowl, combine and mix the flour and stevia
  3. In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup coconut oil, cacao, and Zevia Cola, then remove from heat
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures in the large bowl
  5. Mix in the baking soda, buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs
  6. Fill the bundt pan with the batter
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean
  8. Let bundt cake cool in the pan for 20 mins before removing it and flipping
  9. To make the icing, melt the Lily's chocolate and mix with 1 tbsp coconut oil
  10. Drizzle chocolate glaze over the bundt cake and top with raspberries
