Zevia Cucumber Lemon Healthy Chia Fizz

Health and wellness is vital especially in the colder months! We're trying to get all of the vitamins possible, and with the help of Nutrition in the Kitch, it's easier and more delicious than ever!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (we used strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 can Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine and blend the berries, 4 tbsp of water, and lemon juice until pureed.
  • Transfer the berry puree mixture to a glass and add in the chia seeds. Stir well and store in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken.
  • After the berry chia mixture thickens, stir again.
  • Fill a glass with some ice and layer in half of the berry chia mixture. Add more ice and top off with the rest of the berry chia mixture.
  • Slowly pour the Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water until full. 
  • Stir everything together with a spoon or straw and enjoy!
