Zevia Ginger Ale Pumpkin Mug Cake

Whip up this no sugar, no mess mug cake made with Zevia Ginger Ale!


  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • stevia equivalent to 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp skim milk|3 tbsp Zevia Ginger Ale


  1. Add the dry ingredients to a large mug and mix together.
  2. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until mixture is smooth.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes or until the cake is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
