Zevia Strawberries and Cream Soda Cupcakes

These cupcakes truly are a match made in heaven!


  • 12 tbsp melted, unsalted butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Zevia Cream Soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp stevia (equivalent to 1 1/2 cups sugar)
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2.  In a stand mixer, combine banana and butter until smooth
  3. Add vanilla, cream soda, and eggs and mix until combined
  4. Drink the rest of the Zevia (because it’s delish)
  5. Add the cake flour, stevia, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined
  6. Insert paper baking cups to the cupcake pan (or grease the cupcake pan)
  7. Pour the cake mix in so each slot half full
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean
  9. Once finished, let them cool completely before applying frosting
