Root Beer Float Pie

This quick and easy Root Beer Float Pie has a buttery graham cracker crust, sweet creamy root beer filling, fresh whipped cream and maraschino cherries.

The Creamy Root Beer Filling is so delicious that you may be tempted to eat the whole bowl! Follow the steps below to make this silky, smooth filling for the perfect pie. The Zevia Creamy Root Beer is a game-changer.


  • 3/4 cup cold Zevia Creamy Root Beer  
  • 8 ounces no sugar added frozen whipped topping 
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk 
  • 1 package no sugar added instant vanilla pudding mix 
  • 1 (9 inches) graham cracker crust
  • Maraschino cherries, optional 


  1. Set aside & refrigerate 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix, cold fat-free milk, and Zevia Creamy Root Beer. Use a whisk to combine (or use beaters or stand mixer) thoroughly. Place in refrigerator to chill for 5 minutes
  3. Fold in half of the remaining whipped topping
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping over top of the pie
  6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight
  7. Top with a maraschino cherry before serving.
