Sparkling Smoothie Bowls

Smoothie bowls are a summer favorite, whether it's a midday snack or dessert. The only problem is that they can be expensive and most of them are packed with sugar. Even the "healthier" versions at the smoothie shop is packed with junk. Why bother? Skip it all together and make your own at home with nothing but fruit and some nice, clean Zevia Sparkling Water.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup your choice of Zevia Sparkling Water
  • 1/2 cup of fruit
    • use strawberries for pink
    • use blackberries for purple
    • use pineapples for yellow

Directions

  1. Combine coconut yogurt, banana, any Zevia Sparkling Water, and either strawberries, blackberries, or pineapples in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
