Lifting a can of Zevia mouthwards is an important part of the hydration process. But if you want to get those biceps burning, a Zevia Soda 12-pack could be more of a workout. Lifting its twelve, 12-ounce cans of zero sugar and zero calorie goodness into your supermarket cart, onto the checkout counter, into your car and then into your fridge could count as four reps, maybe more. Then, after all that exertion you’d need to recharge with a can of Zevia Energy, giving you the 120 mg caffeine boost to go back to the store — and continue your workout.

We’ve heard reports of college students crushing complex mathematical theories after a can of Zevia Energy, no doubt due in part to the 120 mg of caffeine in each can. The mental alertness, focus and agility this creates could be just what you need to sit through 90 slides of who-knows-what. Sure, with that caffeine doing its job, you may also feel the need to make it a standing meeting. Hey, “to your health,” as they say. Just pair your posture with a few well-timed head nods and ‘yasss’-es to show your boss just how amped you are with what’s on screen.

Why is my Zevia clear?

Big Taste from a Small Leaf

  • Stevia’s looks might be deceiving. Behind that leafy appearance is a super shrub that’s helping us stop sugar in its tracks.
  • Stevia is a sweet little miracle of nature. Originally found in Paraguay, this super shrub is part of the sunflower family (and who doesn’t like sunflowers, right?). But, unlike your average shrub, it provides two-hundred times the sweetness of sugar — without any caloric value.
  • You may also be surprised to know that after years of tireless plucking, drying, gently steeping and purifying the leaves of this plant, the quality of our stevia extract has really leveled up. So much so, that all Zevia products are now 100% sweetened by our improved stevia leaf extract, with zero bitterness — and zero need for additional sweeteners. That’s a really good thing.

  • And when we say we’re good for the planet, stevia’s helping us out there, too. Stevia crops need just one-fifth of the land used by other natural sweeteners, like sugar cane or corn. Less land use also means less water use (always a good thing). Plus more room to grow other food crops, replant forests — or give nature’s pollinators new stuff to pollinate.
