Dark Chocolate Strawberry Fudge Brownies
These dark chocolate strawberry fudge brownies are not only flourless, but they’re also dairy free! Recipe by Rachl Mansfield.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8×8 baking dish
- Combine eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil and mix with a hand mixer
- Add in almond flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, and baking powder to wet mixture and mix
- Fold in strawberry jam and dark chocolate chips into brownie mixture
- Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
Strawberry Chia Jam
- Combine strawberries, Strawberry Zevia, and maple syrup in a small sauce pan
- Bring to a low boil and simmer.
- Add chia seeds and mash the strawberries, leaving some chunks
- Stir for about 15 minutes until jam is formed

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (mix-in)
Strawberry Chia Jam
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 3 tbsp Strawberry Zevia
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
