Lime Pomegranate Chia Parfait

Directions
Chia Layer
- Mix chia seeds with Zevia and coconut yogurt. Stir together and let set for 10-15 minutes or overnight in the fridge to gel.
- Break the activated charcoal capsules and mix the powder with the chia pudding.
Cashew Cream
- Rise and drain the soaked cashews and put them in a blender/food processor with Zevia, pomegranate arils, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Assembly
- Pour 1/4 cup coconut yogurt at the bottom of the glass.
- Layer with half of the chia pudding mix, the rest of the coconut yogurt, and the remaining chia pudding.
- Add the pomegranate arils, reserving some for topping. Pour the cashew cream on top, garnish with lime slices, and a bit of pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
