Vegan Watermelon Milkshake
Nothing beats a refreshing smoothie or milkshake in the summertime. Sometimes we can't even decide which one we want, but that's okay - we've combined the two for a unique and simple treat with this watermelon milkshake made with Zevia Cream Soda from Salt and Lavender.
- Cut the watermelon into 1 inch cubes and place on a baking sheet in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Blend the watermelon into a slush. With the blender still running, slowly add in the coconut milk and Zevia Cream Soda. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add more watermelon or Zevia Cream Soda to reach desired texture. Enjoy!
- 1 small watermelon
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 can Zevia Cream Soda
