Zevia Ginger Ale Pumpkin Mug Cake
Whip up this no sugar, no mess mug cake made with Zevia Ginger Ale!
Yields: 1 serving
- Add the dry ingredients to a large mug and mix together.
- Add in the wet ingredients and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Microwave for 2 minutes or until the cake is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- stevia equivalent to 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp skim milk
- 3 tbsp Zevia Ginger Ale
